Alise is a co-creator and Startup Program Director at Riga TechGirls. She has been involved in the Latvian Startup ecosystem since 2019. Now, she leads the pre-acceleration program for diverse teams, SPRING UP, the Female Founder Lunch initiative, and devises future-founder programs. Alise has been a dedicated advocate for the ecosystem, and her experience managing community, programs, projects, and events is further demonstrated by her active roles within different spheres of the Latvian tech ecosystem.
