He’s the co-founder of Inclusive Creation, author of The Sins and Wins of Inclusive Leadership, and co-creator of The Inclusion Game. Anthony is the architect behind the “4 Fundamental Principles of Universal Design” and has received international recognition, including awards from the United Nations, for his work on inclusive innovation.

He’s delivered keynotes in 32+ countries, published 50+ scientific articles, and led the €13 million EQUALS-EU project for gender-inclusive innovation across 23 countries. American by birth, Norwegian by choice—and yes, he was absolutely the last picked in gym class.
