Beāte is an experienced leader with a strong background in the banking and logistics sectors. In 2024, she transitioned into the defense industry, as a CEO of AMMUNITY, a small caliber ammunition manufacturer in Latvia, where she has quickly gained valuable insights. She is now focused on strengthening battlefield capabilities—both locally and in Ukraine—through hands-on involvement in the production of highly offline, mission-critical products.
