Haralds Āboliņš is the Ecosystem Manager at the Latvian Chip Competence Centre and a Deep Tech Investor at Positron Ventures. He has previously pursued a PhD in Physics at the University of Cambridge, co-founded a startup developing analog ML processors, and worked at the intersection of semiconductor strategy, research commercialization, and ecosystem building.
