Gained experience in entrepreneurship and the launch of new businesses through collaborations with startups during university years. Upon graduation, joined a Japanese general trading company, where he was responsible for corporate sales of cybersecurity products from U.S. and Israeli firms. Since 2021, Hayata has been serving as a Senior Program Manager at Plug and Play Japan, leading the Deeptech acceleration program that supports approximately 100 global startups in fields such as materials, electronics, energy, and mobility. His expertise includes startup scouting, providing hands-on support, and facilitating collaborations with over 40 major corporate partners. Hayata also actively promotes the global expansion of domestic startups and fosters partnerships with leading international corporations to bridge gaps between innovation ecosystems.
