Ilona Guļčaka is a seasoned investment and executive leader, currently partner at the Commercialization Reactor Fund. She manages the full cycle of pre-seed and seed investments in deep tech, with oversight of a portfolio spanning nearly 50 startups. Ilona plays a central role in strategic decision-making, investor relations, and fund governance—personally leading the majority of investment cases. With a background as a CEO and board member in the banking and energy sectors, she brings over two decades of high-level managerial experience to building and scaling innovative ventures. She holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.
