Dr. Joanna Lipner is a graduate of the Institute of Organic Chemistry at the Polish Academy of Sciences. She gained professional experience in drug discovery and development while working in the research and development departments of Celon Pharma and Molecure. Since 2019, she has been collaborating with Dr. Anna Krause and Dr. Stanisław Pikul to develop Pikralida, a science-driven and results-focused clinical-stage biotech company based in Poland and the EU. The company is dedicated to developing breakthrough therapeutic solutions with first-in-class and dual-use potential to address unmet medical needs, primarily in the fields of neurology and snakebite envenoming. Joanna has experience in managing research and development projects, as well as in building and managing a new company.
