Marco R. Provvidera is a New York-based attorney admitted before U.S. federal and state courts, including the Court of International Trade and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He holds advanced degrees in law and national security from NYU, the University of Virginia, and the University of San Francisco.His academic work focuses on international law, armed conflict, geopolitics, space law, cognitive warfare, and emerging technologies in defense. Marco teaches at LUISS Business School (Amsterdam), Toulouse Business School (France), and has served as a Global Scholar at the University of South Alabama and a law professor for the Italian Ministry of Defense.He is an officially appointed member-expert on four NATO Science and Technology Organization (STO) Technical Teams, contributing to strategic research and policy development. He has presented at major international forums, including NATO’s Symposium on Cognitive Warfare, the U.S. STRATCOM Academic Conference, and the “Future of War” Conference organized by the Dutch Ministry of Defense and University of Oxford.
