Timothy McGuire is a venture advisor and leads the Hacking 4 Defense program in Europe for Common Mission Project. He has over a decade of experience in the U.S. Air Force and was formerly a co-founder of the Energy Portfolio at the U.S. Defense Innovation Unit in Silicon Valley and led rapid adoption on the NATO DIANA Transition Team in Brussels.
