Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Veiko-Vello Palm is the Chief Operating Officer at Frankenburg Technologies, an Estonian defense technology company specializing in robotics and unmanned systems. Previously, he served as the Deputy Commander of the Estonian Defence Forces and commanded the newly established Estonian Division from January 2023 until his retirement in March 2024. His military career spanned over three decades, including international missions in Afghanistan and leadership roles in NATO operations. ​Maj. Gen. Palm holds degrees from the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences and the Finnish National Defence University.
